Shipping policy
At BOJpro.com we offer Free Ground Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
All orders will be shipped within 0-1 business days. Please note that all the shipping time starts counting the next business day for orders placed after 2:00 pm (CST). If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you.
The average shipping time for Standard Shipping (Ground) is about 2 to 4 business days, and our expedited shipping method will arrive within 1-2 business days.
Depending on the order destination and size, your order may arrive via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we ship the order. This email will contain the shipping information and a tracking number.
In case you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at store@bojpro.com. Keep in mind we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, that’s why sometimes we are unable to make any order changes or cancellations. These cannot be made after your order has been packaged and prepared for shipping.
Once you place the order, we cannot change shipping address; if you need to do so, please request cancellation to store@bojpro.com; wait for confirmation, and place a new order
